18+ service

Kadira is intended only for adults age 18 or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

Respectful use

You may not use Kadira for harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, scams, fraud, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, hate-based abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to evade moderation.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account and the content you upload. Kadira may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or ban accounts when necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Meetings with other people

Kadira cannot verify every statement made by every member and cannot guarantee the safety, identity, intentions, or conduct of another person. Use appropriate caution when communicating or meeting in person.

Free and paid member services

Core connection features are free. Kadira Ad-Free is an optional $3.99 one-time purchase that removes Kadira display advertising from that member account. It does not create a recurring subscription.

Member-created meetups

Kadira charges a $5 one-time fee to submit a member-created meetup for review. The meetup organizer is responsible for the activity itself, any separate admission or participation price, ticketing, reservations, refunds for the activity, venue requirements and information provided to attendees. Kadira does not collect or share in those outside activity payments merely because the meetup is listed on Kadira.

Business advertising

Businesses may purchase approved listings, local advertising, featured placement and event promotion. Payment does not guarantee publication of content that violates Kadira advertising, safety or community standards. Paid placement is identified where appropriate and does not provide access to private member dating data.

Business billing

Kadira launch advertising products are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Featured Business runs for 7 days, Event Promotion runs for 7 days, and a Local Business Ad runs for 10 days including 3 bonus days. Kadira may pause or end a placement if the campaign expires or the content no longer meets platform standards. Questions about a business purchase can be sent to hello@kadira.app.

Payments and refunds

Paid services are processed by Kadira's payment provider. Ad-Free, meetup posting and business promotions are one-time purchases. Core dating, matching and messaging remain free regardless of whether a member purchases Ad-Free.

Termination

You may delete your account through Settings. Kadira may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
